Was born on September 22, 1973, in the village of Fakhrali, Bolnisi district, Republic of Georgia.
In 1995, she graduated from the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics.
In 1995, she graduated from the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics.
Since 1996, she has worked at the same institution in the Department of Economic Cybernetics, holding positions as a laboratory assistant, senior laboratory assistant, lecturer, and senior lecturer.
From 1996 to 1999, she was a doctoral researcher in the specialty of Mathematical and Instrumental Methods in Economics at the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics.
In 2007, she defended her PhD dissertation at Baku State University and was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD in Economics).
Over the years, she has worked at the Departments of Economic Cybernetics and Econometrics at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Currently, she is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of International Economics and Business at UNEC.
