From 2008 to 2012, he completed his Bachelor’s degree (English-taught) in International Economic Relations at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
From 2012 to 2013, he pursued a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance at Newcastle University, United Kingdom.
Between 2017 and 2021, he studied at the Dissertantura (doctoral research stage) at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2024, he was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics by the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

From 2015 to 2017, he worked as a Lecturer at the Department of International Economics of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2017, he has been a Lecturer at the International School of Economics of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2018, he has been serving at the MBA Center of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics as a PhD in Economics, Senior Lecturer.
He is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration.

As a doctoral researcher (dissertant) at the Department of International Economics, he conducts scientific research on the development of international economic integration processes.
