Born on September 14, 1980, in the city of Khankendi.
From 1997 to 2001, he completed his Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Physics of Baku State University, and from 2001 to 2003, he pursued Master’s studies at the same faculty.
In 2003, he graduated with honors from the Master’s program in Solid-State Electronics under the specialization Physical Electronics at the Faculty of Physics of Baku State University.
From 1997 to 2001, he completed his Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Physics of Baku State University, and from 2001 to 2003, he pursued Master’s studies at the same faculty.
In 2003, he graduated with honors from the Master’s program in Solid-State Electronics under the specialization Physical Electronics at the Faculty of Physics of Baku State University.
From 2004 to 2009, he worked as a Junior Researcher at the Laboratory of Physics of Non-Crystalline Semiconductors at the Institute of Physics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).
Between 2009 and 2011, he served as a Researcher, and since 2011, he has continued his scientific activity as a Leading Researcher at the same institute.
Since 2019, he has been appointed as an Associate Professor (0.5 full-time equivalent, part-time) at the Department of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
In 2021, he was appointed Program Leader for the specialization Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Department of International Economics and Business.
Between 2009 and 2011, he served as a Researcher, and since 2011, he has continued his scientific activity as a Leading Researcher at the same institute.
Since 2019, he has been appointed as an Associate Professor (0.5 full-time equivalent, part-time) at the Department of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
In 2021, he was appointed Program Leader for the specialization Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Department of International Economics and Business.
In 2009, for his scientific research conducted during his postgraduate studies, he was awarded a scholarship and certificate by the Swiss Foundation for the Support of Young Scientists.
