The unit ensures the prompt processing of students’ electronic applications.
The “One-Stop Service” system has been available to students since April 2019. The system enables students to obtain the required academic documents within a short period of time by applying to a single centralized service point, without unnecessary time loss. Applications submitted through the One-Stop Service system are processed by the unit’s staff in an efficient, convenient, and transparent manner.
Students can submit online applications for academic documents 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through their personal accounts. Various certificates, transcripts, and other academic documents are prepared in Azerbaijani and English, approved with signature and seal, generated as QR code–verified PDF files, and automatically sent to the email addresses registered in students’ One-Stop Service profiles.
The system provides the following types of documents:
• Certificates confirming enrollment;
• Certificates on tuition fees (annual tuition and credit fees);
• Certificates on internship placement;
• Academic transcripts;
• Copies of secondary school certificates or equivalent education documents;
• Call-up certificates for part-time students;
• Graduation certificates;
• Archival certificates.
