Within the framework of the project, measures such as generating innovative ideas in higher education institutions, increasing the practical components of the educational process, expanding startup activities, and strengthening university–industry cooperation were implemented.
During the project’s implementation, the positive experience of partner universities from European Union countries was studied, and numerous training sessions were organized for staff members of Azerbaijani higher education institutions participating in the project.

The main beneficiaries of the project are 11 higher education institutions of Azerbaijan, and its partners from Azerbaijan include the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK) and the Association for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan (IB).
