The Unit is responsible for the formalization of official orders and the entry of academic information into relevant systems.

The Student Mobility Unit carries out the formalization of all orders and changes related to students’ individual academic processes, including transfer, reinstatement, academic leave, and similar matters. The Unit is also responsible for entering student and graduate data into the

relevant state and university electronic systems, including dts.edu.az, app.tmms.gov.az, portal.edu.az, and eservices.dim.gov.az. The preparation of statistical reports and the processing of incoming inquiries are among the Unit’s core areas of activity.
